Forbud mod tørklæder til umyndige piger? Vellykket debatdag

Kvinder for Frihed har netop afholdt meget vellykket debatmøde på Christiansborg. Til mødet holdte bla. Karen Jespersen, minister for ligestilling oplæg, og der var stor tilslutning til debatten. Også fra politisk side. Det gav anledning til spændende diskussioner.
Klart blev det dog efter jurist Stine Jørgensens gennemgang af Børnekonventionen, at tilhylning af umyndige piger ER et brud på Børnekonventionen. Faktisk kan man allerede inden for Serviceloven reagere herpå. Således at får man kendskab til tilhyllede piger, bør man faktisk underrette de sociale myndigheder!
